Meet the Builder
Steve graduated from Ferris High School in 1974 and from Washington State University in 1978 with a bachelor of business administration degree. Steve served as a framer and construction foreman for George Dullanty Homes until 1984, when Steve launched Steve Moser Construction, Inc.
The first house Steve built was a spec home in northwest Spokane. Since then, however, he has built custom homes exclusively. Steve serves as project foreman on every home he builds, working closely with the home owners, sub contractors and suppliers to ensure every detail is completed to the owner’s utmost satisfaction. He is careful to schedule his projects so that he can give full attention to each home he builds.
Steve and wife Shannon were married in 1978 after their graduation from college. Shannon is a teacher at Mead High School. They have two sons; Drew, a 2005 graduate of the University of Redlands and Tony, a 2010 graduate of Washington State University.
Family is the center of Steve's life, and he understands how a house is each family's primary gathering place. As a result, he understands the importance of creating a home that meets each family's needs. With Steve Moser Construction, you will get that 'family' touch.
